At Charity Capital, we value non-profit organizations as clients, and we share your concerns about privacy. We want you to know that we respect your organization’s privacy and that we protect your supporters’ personal information. Any information we obtain from you and/or your supporters through the Charity Capital Funding Plan process or from other sources is viewed as personal information, and we hold it in the strictest confidence.

We do not sell information that we obtain about you or your supporters. We do not share your information with persons, companies, or organizations outside of Charity Capital that would use that information to contact you or your supporters about their products and services.

In addition, all persons or organizations that provide services on our behalf are required to keep your information confidential. We also expect those persons or organizations to use your information only to provide the services we have asked them to perform.

We convey to our employees the need to protect your information. We have established strict safeguards (physical, electronic and procedural) to protect this sensitive data.
